We choose it as the title of this corner.）For assignment of real estate appraisal/research, from Hokkaido in the north to Okinawa in the south I travel all over Japan. Bu request from government-affiliated financial institution which help lame-duck companies, sometimes I enter into places where ordinary people never visit. The essence of real estate appraisal is walking around the subject property and its area without sparing toil and observing them carefully and then having a think about what happens.
